Customer Case Studies for AGFA

Customer case studies are great testimonials for a business and we carry out lots for our clients across many industries.  Last week we were out visiting two for our client Agfa Graphics.  Both Northern Flags (Leeds) and Leading Edge Signs & Graphics (Liversidge, Wakefield) have recently installed Agfa wide-format inkjet print engines and we went to talk to them about why they chose Agfa and about topical issues in the market.

For our client, it’s great publicity when the article is subsequently published in the trade press, to hear from a third party about the credentials of Agfa and they get valuable market feedback at the same time.  It’s also an opportunity for us to grab photos and video shorts for their social media platforms too.

We have lots of case study interviews booked this year for our clients and from our perspective, it really helps us to understand the market our client trades-in, and that helps us to be more proactive in our support for them too.
